"Have been a repeat customer for over 3 years at same location. The price has been steady throughout. Today, I pull in for a service and waited for the next available slot. Lady approached me, asked if I had been there before because my tag number does not pull up. I forgot I had gotten a disability tag a few months back and I handed her the old sticker they give out each oil change. She stated she could not add the new tag to my information in her system...which I thought was weird. She walked away and when she returned, the service was completed and the bill was almost double what I normally pay. I commented and she smirks and says prices went up. Didn't even inform me before the service so I could make an informed decision. Her demeanor and attitude has caused me to never visit this place again even though I have been loyal customer for over 3 years, every 3000 miles regardless. Guess they don't need money that bad from their loyal customers."

"Came in on 3/13/24 close to closing time and there was only 1 person working (I’m assuming the manager). He was exceptional. He did our oil change, checked our lights, cleaned our windshield, checked our transmission and showed us the dipstick to inspect and oil and level. This all took maybe 20 minutes. Fantastic service! Will definitely go back for my next service."
