"I was not happy with the staff when I HAD CONCERNS. The location according to my pictures is not the same place my grandmother’s head stone is. Because the then owner knew my mom called my mom to say I was inappropriate. Now that mother has passed on I will seek legal assistance to ensure location and body are correct. The place where my uncle is resting is ok. My mom is resting at WESTOVER Memorial Park. The open and close was a singular price regardless of time or day unlike Memorial. If you don’t have to use them DON’T!"
"The secretary constantly calls my sister, like they are not going to get paid from the insurance company. My sister can't even grieve right. The expenses will get covered but there is a process and she should know this. The funeral home has not called her on numerous occasions because they know the process dealing with the coroner and insurance company. Hope someone else has a better review but her experience with them has been awful."
"I have two friends buried down there. Each time I went for a funeral, they were always professional and quick. Well maintained lawn and welcoming center. The only thing is that the road through the cemetery is very narrow. You will have to park to the side to let cars pass through or you will hold up people trying to see their loved ones. When it rains it gets kind of flooded down there too. It does sit low to the ground."
"Drove from Atlanta to this location to pay respect for a co worker that recently passed away . Taking the weather out of the equation ( heat index over 100 degrees ) the search for their grave wasn't productive as I was unable to locate the grave site . Realizing that some sites had no markers their were tiny flags with the name of the deceased . This too proved ineffective as some where worn from weather , etc.. Maybe I should have called before setting out and that might have solved this issue but was hoping that based on the size of the cemetery that locating their site would have been much easier to determine."
