"Emily helped me find the perfect shade of red lipstick, it is overwhelming if you don't know what goes best with your skin color. she knows the products, tell her your likes and dislikes and she'll steer you in the right direction. very kind and very helpful! they need to give her a raise/promotion bc she really went above and beyond. hope the corporate company sees this bc she really is amazing at what she does!"
"Very clean and spacious. Great selection of items to choose from. The perfume and colognes are a little overpriced, I can find them cheaper elsewhere. But for the most part it's a very nice store. The associate who was at the counter when I checked out was very nice."
"My daughter left the store crying after receiving a terrible haircut. It was our first time trying out the salon area, and we definitely won't be returning. They did offer to redo her hair on another day, but I just didn't trust the salon to make corrections so we did not go. All we wanted were some layers and face frame."
"After waiting an hour for the store to open (two hours later than normal), an employee was motioning with her hand that the store still wasn't open and pointed to the sign. As I walked away I told them thanks for the top notch service (or lack there of). Another employee then stepped out and yelled that they were doing inventory. No where was this communicated prior. I just placed my order online with Sephora and will not patronize this store."
