"I have never had a problem with the gentlemen there but today an older lady was there. She said she was the owner. Well she was sassy, sarcastic, and plain rude. No professionalism what’s so ever. She kept getting loud with me so I will not be going back. I have no need to deal with someone’s ugly attitude. I too, work in costumer service and I would never in a million years treat someone the way she treated me today. I will happily take my service somewhere else."
