"I had a gel mani done today- my first time getting nails done in the state of GA- moved from Jersey - I was excited and saw this got good reviews - wow worst experience getting a mani- EVER . I walk in and explain to the man what I want- I told him I want a gel mani with a thin color French tip- he sat me down with a lady and I showed her a picture of a short gel mani with a think strip of PINK- she said ok- she starts painting my nails a baby pink color- I was thinking this is the base and thought It was a little weird and trying to figure out how the baby pink STRIPE is going to show on top of the color she was using on my whole nail- I asked her and she says oh I thought you wanted a French I said yes with a PINK tip- like in the picture I showed you- she immediately just goes “that’s not pink in the picture it’s white”. I showed her again and I said no look- it’s pink. She literally is standing (I forgot to mention she STOOD the entire time she did my nails which was about 20 mins- who gets a full on gel mani in 20 mins- idk) she stood there and argued with me about the color- I said forget it just do a white tip- fine. She proceeds to rush through - let’s not forget she didn’t soak my nails- push back cuticles - NOTHING- and as anyone who had gotten their nails done knows with light pink nails- sometimes fuzzies can show easily and there are black little hairs in my one nail- she tells me it’s fine the clear coat on top will take care of that- make it make sense. Anyway- nails look like garbage - the white lines that I wanted to be PINK are crooked and the one on my thumb isn’t even covering the tip of my nail and surprise surprise the black hairs in my nail ended up NOT being covered by the CLEAR coat on top that she assured me would take care of it. I know their nails- get over it I KNOW but when you’re spending money- you speak up- but when you ACTUALLY say something you EXPECT them to say ok customer isn’t happy lemme fix this. NOT STAND there and argue with you . Legit never going there again."
