"Traveling through Thursday am, and the lady who helped me (Employee: CKE support) was amazing! I could see and feel her caring soul. If only more people in this world were like her! She went out of her way to help guide me with my order, for I hadn't been to Hardee's for breakfast in over 20yrs...but will now make it my go to fast food spot. Just hope my local Hardee's has the same culture as this place. Thank you ma'am, other ladies, your kindness inspired me! Keep it up! Chuck"
"We love Hardee's, but this location definitely has issues with staffing. Today, for example we went through the drive through and the order was wrong. No problem! We drive back, and ask for the missing item and are prepared to give them the receipt and the item that was in our bag we didn't order. We were treated so rudely! The woman that came to the window snatched back the item we didn't order and dramatically threw it in the trash. She was so ugly and angry I was afraid to take the correct item when she gave it to me. VERY DISAPPOINTING, especially since we were nothing but nice over their mistake. Lots of options out there, and today will make me reconsider returning!"
"We ordered breakfast to go. Biscuits were very greasy. Items ordered were not in the bag, including tater tots and a very expensive bottle of OJ. Other customers were grumbling about their experience with this restaurant. It sure ain't no Carl's Junior kind of place."
"Food and the place was good. Waiter had trouble understanding our order and had to call for help several times during our order."
"We stopped at 10:14 am to get breakfast. Line was halfway around the building Went inside 6 people in line. Went to restroom came out people had been waited on & they were waiting for orders to be processed! The SERVICE at this place was AWESOME! Whole crew worked well together! The Manager needs to be commended for keeping people on task!"
