"Yes, I did call here a few weeks ago. But I never got an answer. I have always heard really good things about RPM Machine Services. I, personally have not conducted any business with them, but have always heard that they were a top notch machine shop and engine rebuilders. I honestly gave them a chance to earn my business, but then again, no answer. That's why I gave them 3 stars. I believe that if we have done some business that I would have given them 5 stars. But, they still have a good reputation, I just don't know if they are still in business."
"I took my car there 9 months ago, gave them thousands of dollars to start the project, car was running and drivable when arrived. After 9 months of my car being there, I didn’t receive not one phone call on progress, radio stolen out of the car, car is in pieces, and all I got was “I’m sorry!” What kind of customer courtesy is that, or evidently it’s not in their vocabulary. I go down there and a for sale sign is on the building. Makes me wonder if I wouldn’t have did a pop up, what probably would’ve happened to my car. All I could say was...seriously dude!!! Y’all couldn’t even call me?? Then gonna have the nerve to ask was I gonna take my engine and transmission with me. I’m in the mist of filing a claim against them first thing Monday morning."
"Have use RPM to surface a couple sets of aluminum heads and they had them done the next day and they were done right. I will be using them for machining other engine parts in the future."
