"This place consistently has the laziest & rude employees. Try to order online and they're somehow almost always out of chicken. ...Chicken is like the entire reason they're in business. Try the drive through and sit at the order menu for 10 minutes or more and there are literally no customers in the drive through other than yourself. Go inside and it's so dirty, you don't want to touch anything. No thanks."

"What a disaster... Pros: Chicken was fresh. Cons: Everything else. I don't believe management at the store was ever trained. It was a wildly unprofessional environment. The person who appeared to be a manager was sitting at a table when I walked in. The person behind the counter was on the phone. Five minutes later, my order was taken. I was provided cups. The soft drink dispenser was out of ice, and the coke looked like a weak tea. Because it was such an ordeal to get assistance at the counter, I settled for water. No supplies such as lids, straws, napkins, and etc were available in the dining area. Half of the tables were dirty. They had no regular biscuits, no spicy chicken, and the only available sides were fries and macaroni and cheese. I went to the bathroom to get extra hand towels since we were only given three napkins, and of course, the bathroom had no hand towels. I observed the counter clerk sit with the apparent manager at the table and eat. A customer went to the counter. The counter clerk left the table and immediately prepared food behind the counter without washing her hands. The manager finally went behind the counter to assist staff. The staff in the back stayed busy during the entire visit. She immediately began loudly talking down to one of the staff members who had been extremely busy the entire time. There is no way a district manager ever visits that location because, based on all of the other complaints, this place is always struggling. I hadn't been to that location in over a year because it had been a train wreck experience the previous two times I went. Never again! They should shut down this location permanently."

"I had an online, when I got the it was not ready, not a problem but the problem was front counter cashier was talking on phone (gossiping) while make orders and move with no sense of urgency, just moving as slow as she could. As she finish up my order I see she is getting tape to put on my order and tell her I don’t I won’t tape on my bag, i said three times and she Ignored all attempts, I didn’t have a DoorDash order, than as I walk away to leave she say “ These customers aggravating”and the order was wrong, she gave me Mashed potatoes and gravy and I ordered mac and cheese which .50 up charge and food was cold."

"Ordered online and still waited in drive thru for bout 25min. Finally got my food and they had 5 dry chicken strips and a wing instead of 6 strips, in the box, with none of the sauces I'd ordered. Also completely left out my 6pc order of Honey Lemon Pepper wings. Not the first time I've had issues at this particular store. I look for it to go out, before to long, honestly."

"I ordered a family meal … zero napkins - the place was trashy . There was a table set up With a scooter plugged into the wall ??? Half eaten meals on the tables. When I asked for napkins I was greeted with an attitude when told they had no napkins. I then asked for plates and received none until I asked again for at least the paper boats for our family meal. The gentleman who was mouthing something to the other worker went to the employee hand towel dispenser and got some for me. The ladies bathroom did not have toilet paper in the dispenser but a roll sitting behind the toilet. This experience was less than desirable. I highly recommend better customer service & getting some napkins for your customers."
