"A HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. I would give 0 stars if I was able to. Both owners are rude and extremely unprofessional. I asked for a simple American style manicure and did not receive it. The gel polish is splotchy, and the white lines are way too thick and uneven. There are spots on my nails without any polish at all. I feel that the service was rushed and sloppy. I addressed the issues with the owner who did my nails and she suggested that I go to another nail salon to see if I like what they could do more. I will definitely take her suggestion.. considering she could not offer a solution for her horrible attitude and lack of service."
"We pulled into the parking lot...to visit the person selling concrete monuments. I thought I was in the proper parking location. Within seconds an asian lady came into the parking area and hollered to me, "You can't park there." Stunned by the fact I was being told not to park in a nearly empty parking lot (at least 10 open spaces and 2 cars present), I asked, "Why not?" She said it her her parking lot...only for her guests. I said, "OK", suggested that she work on her customer service skills and informed her that I planned to post a review of the strange way she blurted information at me, and she walked back into her shop."
