"I was in the process of helping a client find their stylist. The client was looking for the Thrix Kal-os Conditioner. I called the company to speak with someone who could help me find the stylist or salon that retailed it and I was so pleasantly surprised. The owner answered the phone and was so happy to help. He even shared a little with me about their products. Later I had to call back and spoke with the other owner, his wife. Both were so helpful. It was so wonderful to experience old fashion customer service. I haven't experienced that from a business in a long time. And in speaking with the client, I learned she had eczema and this conditioner is the only one she can use out of all kinds of brands she has tried and it doesn't irritate her skin.
