"While the walking path, basketball court, & picnic area is wonderful, the play equipment is in bad need of repair. The slide is broken & crumbles under children's weight. The rope ladder is a tangled mess. There was a steering wheel in the top that's now a sharp nub. The beautiful wooden train has at least one broken board that's extremely sharp & hazardous. I'm glad to see the museum next door is getting some attention, but I hope the children's safety will be considered soon. I forgot the swings. As far as I know they are fine. The rubber coating is worn, but I don't see that as an urgent concern."
