"My husband and I drove to this location from Hinesville, we were welcomed in by very friendly manager and team. Food was hot and fresh, biscuits were amazingly fresh and the manager made sure we had everything before we left. This is one of the best locations we have been to and we will choose this location on our next visit to Popeye’s!"
"Tonight was very refreshing to receive such great customer service in 2024. Anytime there’s an issue with my order I’m never left feeling treated fairly for the inconvenience. Tonight I just want to thank Larissa for accommodating me. She went out her way and truly that was a blessing. Lord I pray you you bless her and her family in Jesus name!"
"The last time we came in was last year and the good took 35 minutes and it was not correct. They were not busy just out of everything. We got 4 combo meals and all were screwed up. We decided to give them another try tonight and omg we got 3 combo's all chicken sandwiches and it took over 25 min again to get our meals. They were not busy when we arrived and we were the only family that was inside and 1 car in drive-through. They made our children sandwiches and they sat on the counter. After 10 min I asked what is taking so long and they said they were waiting on fries. We also ordered Mac and cheese as extra sides for our meals. By the time the fries were done our chicken sandwiches were cold and then I asked where is our Mac and cheese and she said sorry we just ran out with the drive-through order. This is a joke we would have had our Mac and cheese if they gave us our food in a timely manner. Also while we were waiting a lady and 2 kids came in and placed a order and they got there's before us and another couple came in placed an order and they got there order before us as well."
"If I could give it a zero I would. This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Always out of something. I have given them several chances to get their act together, but unfortunately they have yet to do so. Today during lunch time I went there and wanted a chicken sandwich only to be told they have none cause they are frozen. It's lunch time really. The most miss managed Popeyes I have been to. I am done with place."
