"Came out to my RV and got right to work, diagnosed the issue showing me what he was doing as he did it. I'm not very into AC stuff but he was able to explain it. Ordered me a brand new RV at my request ,and was able to put it in the very next day. Professional Service with a lot of good care to make it all go together smoothly. Not only got it up and running quickly, but was able to interconnect it with my heating system as well. So I not only got my AC but upgraded controller system also. I would highly recommend this service to anyone else. These guys are awesome. I will definitely call them for any of my other service related needs."
"We recently used Country Roads Mobile RV Services when we were in Phenix City visiting our daughter. The main A/C unit in our 5th wheel wasn’t working during the HEAT of the summer. We called Andrew in the morning and he was able to make a site visit within hours. Unfortunately for us, the ten-year old unit was not able to be repaired. Andrew was very thorough in diagnosing and explaining the problem, providing photos and a thorough explanation (since my husband can’t get up on the roof). We felt that his pricing was reasonable and he was able to find a new unit in the area and installed it that same afternoon (which was his birthday). He worked in the heat all day to get us up and running, and even cleaned/serviced our second unit before he left. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others or call him again for RV services. He was GREAT. Andrew also followed up with us later that weekend to make sure everything was working as expected."

"First of all, Andrew is just a nice guy that is respectful of the situation. He was very genuine and wanted to help. He dealt with my constant need to call him and ask questions. He was very knowledgeable and got to me much quicker than I had anticipated. He replaced my whole AC unit and water pump. He was a lifesaver. I'm using him again next week on another frustrating and unexpected problem. He just has a genuine sense of caring. 10 out of 10 recommend. Don't look anywhere else."
