Rocket Wash

"I took my moms car their 3 times to get it washed and one thing I hate about this place is that the workers are lazy. I went on a saturday morning and after getting my car washed I took my mats to the wash station. The tub of water with the scrubbers smelled like they have not been clean and weeks and when I told someone they said they have alot of car coming through its going to smell. All they needed to do was change the water tub and clean the brushes."

"I signed up for the $10 unlimited wash promotion. I tried to cancel it before the billing was to go through and it's near impossible. I had to create an account, then it says the account is inactive. Ok, so I tried calling and the phone rings off the hook. I can't get anyone to help me cancel. There is no "contact us" on the website. My original review was 4 stars because the customer service was nice, and the wash was good. However when it comes to people's money, especially in this economy? It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel. I hope it doesn't come down to me having to stop payment, that will just add to the frustration. Edit: I see I'm not the only one who was tricked into this. Rocket Wash, get it together!! This isn't the way to get new customers in Rome."

"I really appreciated the free $30 wash, my car and wheels were super clean. The only thing I didn’t like about Rocket Wash was the blowers that dries the car it’s extremely too hard. It was so much pressure on my windows and sunroof water started leaking inside my car. I drive a Range Rover and I’ve NEVER had a leak inside or outside my car."

"Who owns this place? And how do I get out of a membership I was tricked in to? I had been going to get my car washed once a week. One day I pulled in, and an attendant came out while I was preparing to pay. He told me that if I was willing to pay $15, then for that month I could have unlimited car washes. He very clearly made it sound like a one-time charge. So I agreed to what I thought was a one month charge of $15, got a little sticker on my windshield, and washed my car. The following month, I saw the recurring charge on my bank statement. And every month since. Trying to cancel this membership has been difficult."

"1st time visit today. The car wash does a great job! I always ask if my truck will fit. The manager assured me it would a few weeks back. Most car washes aren't wide enough for a Ford Raptor. There is plenty of room for a wider truck. Thanks Rocket car wash! This wash was actually free though a promotion. I plan on returning."
