"Customer service non-existent. Ordered online on 6/13/2024 and arrived to the store at approximately 6:15pm. Recieved the notification at 6:20pm that my order was ready. Went to the counter a watched 5-6 employees move about and not 1 employee paid any attention to the counter. At 6:32pm I just walked out after being blatantly ignored for an excessive amount of time. I emailed and sent a feedback about this experience and 6 days later no response and no refund. Was a long-time customer, now I'll do business with another company."

"There pizza isn't the same it seems the service is poor. No ordering menu board and the workers kid playing in the lobby . I'm thinking pizza hut is better."

"The management structure here is trash. They had only one guy working all stations from 5 to close, when I showed up to pick up my pizza there were 6 people waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. Than it took almost an hour past when the "tracker" said it should be done. But of course they had multiple delivery drivers running which lag the line back further. It's extremely wrong that they are making one employee work the jobs of 4. I will be posting this review to the BBB and sending this and further information gathered to the Department of Labor."

"The secret to getting good service at this location, or at most pizza places is to avoid peak hours. For example Friday & Saturday afternoon 4ish - 8ish. There was 87000 people ordering last Friday, and it'll be the same 100 Fridays from now. Pretty good franchise location. Practically considered fine dining compared to the ecoli festival & spoiled food at Pizza Hut."
