Aspen Dental - Kingsland, GA

"When I say RUN I mean RUN! When I was there sitting in the lobby someone was arguing with the receptionist over their bill. That was red flag #1. My friend and I have both had negative experiences here. On two different days and times my friend and I both waited over 2 hours when we had scheduled a cleaning. We were both told we had root canals. Both of us see a dentist regularly. After a second opinion my friend was told she didn’t have a root canal and her teeth were fine. Do not go here!!!"

"I really did not like that I took time off work for a teeth cleaning but the way it is set up here is for your first visit you get imaging done, then the hygienist comes in to look at your mouth and then the doctor. Then you make another appointment for a teeth cleaning. I was not informed of this when I made the appointment. Every time I have ever been to a dentist office there has always been a teeth cleaning the same day."

"Horrible. This location was the first Aspen Dental I went to. Horrible experience. Then, while on vacation, I had a dental emergency. Where I was at Aspen said they could get me in and take care of my emergency. When I got there, they didn't have a clue what was going on or why I was there. Same experience, second location, same experience. They got me in, then didn't even take care of the issue I was there for."

"Today was my first appointment at Aspen. It was a very positive appointment I like that I like the staff I like the dentist it was an overall great experience for me and my friend we both went in and had appointments today we plan on getting implants we hope and pray that it works out for us both but I love the staff they were very relaxed and professional also. The staff was well knowledged and the dentist was also. The dentist answered all our questions and our concerns that we had. We both are looking forward to our future appointments and have it on work done with Aspen dental Care."

"Staff was nice. That’s all I can say. Maybe an appointment for a cleaning and initial exam. Cleaning wasn’t actually scheduled and was told maybe they could fit me in. Dr told me I needed a tooth pulled that’s fine but didn’t notice other teeth that are cracked and definitely need attended to. Overall they are very short staffed and doing what they can. I guess."
