"Salon centric charge company messed up and waited a month to debit stylist account. Salon centric couldn't even call their customer to give a heads up. Thank goodness I had money to cover the charge but have a stylist that wasn't so lucky. I as a customer learned a important lesson to make sure it goes from pending to posted. Salon centric you LET YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BIG TIME. Your store is always clean and very nice helpful employees! That's about the only reason you got 3 stars could have been a 5 star but Salon centric doesn't care about their customers enough for a simple call when your system is messed up!!!!!"
