"If walking in circles or around decrepit baseball diamonds is your idea of fun, you're in luck. And if your kids are under 3, you can play ball on their state of the 1934 baseball diamond. And do so without concern for someone going yard every other at bat. 4 years and above.....showouts. If they were any good at all scouts from them Lanar Braves would be in attendance. So far, no sightings of Lanar Braves scouts. Feeling macho. Crushing bombs. Hitting dingers. Going yard. Nothing spells baseball like rounding the bases after a triumphant HR as the wafts of stench from the paper mill across the highway fill your nose. Depending on what you're looking for will determine the rate ability of this ball park."

"Small, lots of mosquitos, tucked away by itself mainly. No one shows up there anymore. The park has really never had much done to it neither by the community or the Floyd County Recreational Center. It's really lost its appeal possibly pertaining to the overgrowth and the lack there of of amenities."

"Grass has not been cut and the two ball fields are poorly maintained. Trash cans are full."

"Nice for baseball practice... There isn't any lights or bathrooms so you can't stay for too long."
