Dental Center Baxley

"If I could give zero stars I would. I had a dental cleaning I had made for a month at 8am. I was never told these appointments were an hour and half. I hired a babysitter to watch my kids for an hour because normally cleanings don’t take that long. I was there 15 mins early and walked in the building at 8am and had filled my paperwork online expecting to be taking back at 8am. The hygienist didn’t even come in until 8:25am and when she did she did a phone call first making my already extremely late appointment later. I had to reschedule for again several months later. Not one staff member apologized. My time matters. If I was 30 mins late to an appointment I would probably have been charged and my appointment cancelled."
