"Tiffany and her team have created a refuge of peace in the city's fastest-growing area. The spacious state-of-the-art infrared saunas are amazing. My favorite is the GINORMOUS cold plunge tub, big enough for this 6'3" guy. It's 51 degrees all the time, and there's a shower in the room to rinse before and after use. I cannot believe we have a place like this in Chattanooga now."

The state of the art infrared saunas are beautiful and so relaxing and the cold plunge room is beautiful and inviting as well. The shop in the front has a selection of wonderful item’s ranging from self care to the perfect gift for a friend. Don’t miss out on this new addition to Chattanooga.
