"On April 14th. I used 2 different vacuums at this location. The sign said it would only be $2. The first one I used quarters, when I realized that vacuum wasn’t suctioning well. I moved to another one, swiped my card. Used the vacuum for a short period of time, because it was not suctioning well either. I checked my account later and they took $10 off instead of $2. I’ve been waiting to see if they’ll return the other $8. But I still haven’t received anything. Don’t use your cards here! And don’t use the vacuums that are in the back. They aren’t any good!"
"This place is always out of order! Roanoke needs a functional car wash and preferably one that is dually friendly, and yes that absolutely make an automatic carwash that will accommodate a dually."
