Massage Envy

"The first time I went in for my appointment, (late june) I was very pleased. The masseuse was very good at her job. She really had me hooked to the point that I signed up, that day, for the unlimited wellness plan. It was after that the problems started. I would go online daily to try to schedule appointments, and could not find anything with the same masseuse available. Every other female did not do the pressure I liked, and I am only comfortable with a female masseuse. I tried to call to schedule, but was on infinite hold. I continued to check regularly for an apt that would work for me with a female who handles firm pressure. By late July, I have no appointment scheduled, and had to pay my next monthly payment for the unlimited plan. I did manage to finally text with someone and get an apt. The day of my appointment, in early August, I get a voicemail that my masseuse had to cancel because she was sick. I then get a text saying she had to cancel for an emergency with her husband. So, I again try to find any appointment with the person who reached out to me to cancel. The only time I could get scheduled was LATE September. So, of course, August 26th rolls around, and I have to pay yet another payment. I have only had my initial massage at this point. By the time I get to enjoy another massage, I will be 6 days from paying yet another payment. I do plan to cancel once I have met the 3 month requirement. I had hoped to get at least one massage a month with this plan...not once every three months. Massage-late June...next one scheduled Late September. I am normally not a complainer, but this is not okay. I will try another place and hope that is better. It is sad, because Lani (the masseuse) did a great job."
