"Stephanie the brow tech was rude. I stopped in to get my brows waxed and she asked if I had an appointment. It was 1:15 and she said she had someone coming at 1:30 and then she was going on her lunch. In the time it took to explain all that, she could have waxed my eyebrows. I hope that company knows she rather make excuses than provide a service and increase revenue. What a waste!!!!"
