"Good communication, well done installation, polite and competent folks to deal with. My only issue is with the plastic pads under the two 120 gal propane tanks. Given the location and height of the pads, the two tanks were slightly below grade and thus the bottom few inches got coated with dirt when it rained. I had to regrade the area around the tanks and put in stones to divert the rainwater. It would ne great if the pads were about 4 inches thicker (taller)."

From the first visit to assess the situation to the completion of the project Dupuis Oil's service team was professional, and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate. They were easy to reach by phone. The boiler was in a cramped space which made the work more difficult, but they got the job done. I am grateful."

"Was with this company for 2 years left them today due to Missy the manager who needs better customer skills she better go back to school, doesn't care about her customers, Paula is very nice nothing bad to say about her, Missy needs to also appreciate Paula considering I had everything all set to stay with them, then received a call back from Missy who went back on what Paula had told me, Missy said well she is JUST a receptionist, well Missy treat your customers and your help better, worse manager I ever dealt with. The CEO should be aware of your unprofessional work ethic, their reply to me was totally ridiculous, Missy was and is a terrible manager, doesn't deserve any credit at all. Whomever responded should get the story straight...."
