"Place is a cash guzzler, super expensive 16.45 for a big machine , elsewhere it's 8-10, you need a debit card to get an opcard, and then the machine has to take cash so you have to use their atm. Drying is 75cents, and they don't offer specials. Like othe replaces offer free dry, or free soap."

"I’ve tried a lot of laundromats in RI since moving here and this one is by far my favorite. Always clean free dry means free dry for $14.75 I literally washed my entire bag of laundry. I was for two but we let everything get dirty before making the trip and each time I’ve paid less than $40.00 to do all my laundry. It does get very crowded you just have to know when to show."

"I give these ppl one star because it’s my only option. I went into the bathroom there was no toilet paper. I kindly told the short Spanish lady with the red hair that there was none. She rudely said no we don’t have anymore. I said how do you not have toilet paper should I buy you some. She rudely answered back go buy some toilet paper for us if you need it. There was no need for her to lie about not having toilet paper bad enough there prices are really high very expensive and the other older lady that works there is extremely rude as well. The only reason I go here sometimes is because it’s open later than the one across the street. But tonight was my last night. That older lady she rested her arm on the folding table one night and started staring me down so I can leave. I purposely took my time because I don’t take BS from no one. Another time before that it was 12:45 tell me why she grabbed my laundry basket and put it outside while I was putting something in my car. The customers service is horrible and got to be a Latino acting up when they are in charge of a business hahaha."

"The laundry mat was clean and was not overly crowded. The machines look new. I did find it a bit more expensive than others in the neighborhood. I don't know what their customer service is like because I'm didn't really interact with them."

"Never again!!! This place needs either better Management or staff!!!! I tried to come here last night at 1144pm and last wash was at 12midnight. Staff came out and said they are closing when I still had 16 mins before last wash. Her response was "well yea" when she came out before I can even get my stuff out the car. I understand how it is to have people come right at closing but I live on dexter st and I still had time and got denied service because this staff working wanted to go home early."
