"I originally gave this laundromat 5 stars, but after going here for a few months, I have to change my review. The majority of the driers barely work. The good ones are always taken or broken. The wash and fold crew are often taking up all the machines during weekdays when I try go at a less busy time. Very inconvenient."

"I went here to do my laundry for the first time the other day. In my opinion it is a very nice place! Very clean and wasn't very busy when I went. I looked around for someone who worked their because I had a couple questions but nobody was there. It was fine because I eneded up asking the few friendly people who where also doing their laundry. I strongly suggest using only cash with the coin machine. Bring your own detergent! I ran out of mine so I used my card to purchase one tiny box of detergent from the machine they had. The price on it said $1. I checked my bank after the fact and found I was charged $25 for it. Now I am unable to find nor get ahold of anyone to help me. Overall a great establishment if you use only cash but will rob you of your money if you decide to use a debit/credit card instead."

"Place is nothing special however R&B laundry that does the was and fold out of here make this place the best around. It’s always really clean and Rosa and Bruce are just super professional and pleasant to deal with. I’ve been using them when I’m too busy to come in. Definitely recommend this place due to them!"

"Best laundromat around. Washers aren't cheap but they are reasonable. Dryers are cheap and very efficient! Has a TV which was great in the times before the Coronavirus, at this point you are asked to wait outside between cycles and fold clothes at home to minimize the possible spread of the virus."

"I need a laundromat when I moved to the area. There are many choices in the Salem and Marblehead area, and all of them great. Finding this place was great. Clean and accessible, this laundromat was a treat to find. The hours are usable for anyone. I was able to get all of my laundry done washed and dried easily. This is a well-lit and safe place for singles couples and Families to get this chore done. Will happily be coming back"
