"I am traveling for work and needed to do laundry. Your system is horrible. Pay $2 to get a card that I will not use again. I did the math, there is no way for me to add the exact amount of money to do two loads of laundry. If you had a $5 option it would be fair. $10? You’re taking advantage of people. So now I have a card with real money on it, but it is useless to me. It’s practically a con game. By the way, one of your employees came in, looked around, went in the back, and then came out and kicked some of the lint and trash around with the broom. Only a little area. So I swept the place for you. Could not take it to walk through dryer lint and other trash. You’re welcome I should have walked out when I read the card instructions, but I needed to do laundry. How do I get my money back and get paid for cleaning the place up for you?"

"It is wrong they charge u for a CARD that you are using on $8.25+ machines and don't even give u the option of a coin op!! Highways robbery at it's finest!! Won't be back I will travel and loose gas before giving them my business again!!"
