"Really disappointed. Tried this place for the first time last month (January 2024)- gave them 10 items to clean. After a week, only had 8 ready and returned a week later for the other 2 and they only had 1 more. They could not locate my final piece, which was an expensive cashmere sweater. They told me they would call when it was located and I have not heard from them since. I have called multiple times without a response. I also visited them one final time and they still haven’t located it. Very frustrated."

"One the best dry cleaners in a 30 mile radius. Why? Service, Quality and Price. The Service is fast and accurate. The owner knows what she is doing. The Quality is Tier One. Her team can get out stains, mend holes, get out gum and beautify your clothes. With no damage to the fabric or leather. Price is amazing. I've paid 2.5 times more in NY. I've paid more in posh towns like Winchester, Lexington and Newton. But guess what? The Quality of the Service was either better here or the same as those in posh towns. This is the only place I take my clothes to be mended or cleaned"

"I normally don't like to write bad reviews but I feel like I have to write this review. When I went to pick up my scarf and dress, the stain were not removed. They told me that they will try one more time to remove it and when I went to pick them up, they charged me for second time and interestingly the stain were still there and not removed! This was my first time using this facility. I had lot more stuff to drop but decided to pay what they think they deserve it but not use their service anymore."
