"I went there a few times with my dad, but whenever we come in to do our laundry, they went and told me and my dad to leave and only me to come back for an hour later. That one day, they told me to come back at 4:40p.m. , I had to take the bus and walked back, and it was 4:43pm, I was three minutes late...I came in and they say you're late, I told you 4:40 p.m. not 4:43! They shouldn't be in business if they do that to their costumers, like what the heck?"
"The machines worked fine, but I strangely felt like an outsider. I was the only customer at the time - weekday morning - but there were a few ppl working at the desk and doing other things. They weren't speaking English which was fine by me but did not communicate at all with a smile or anything. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and was being looked at like I didn't belong there. Odd experience!"
