"The only reason why they have 2 stars is most of my stuff came back clean. I now have 10 tops I cannot wear. That is half of my summer wardrobe. One that was sentimental. I had 8 items come back stained with things that were reddish as well as grey, and 2 damaged as in holes and misshapen, creating a weird bubble effect. One item was my Mom's who died a couple months ago. Delicate hang dry items that I pointed out, labeled the bag all over, and was told it would be handled appropriately came back stained and oddly mishappen and pulled in one spot. I called once I made the discovery, because I check my clothes before I send them out, and when I get them back. I was told to bring the clothes by. The owner Richard with some other man, and the front worker who was the woman I met with initially as well as Richard when I dropped off my clothes were present as she went to go get Richard. Their excuses: 1. We don't check every item we clean. We only do that with dry clean items. 2. How are we supposed to know these items were not stained when they came in? (Like you didn't clean them or have video onsite to check? I asked if they expected to have every customer come in with pictures of the clothing prior to sending it out for wash? The I stated, "No you don't." They ignored this.) 3. That item should have been dry cleaned. ( The item label literally says delicate wash and hang dry. Also, I wrote it on the bag, and what I supposedly paid extra for.) 4. They then tried to state like I check every item before I send it out. I do. I even reminded him, the owner Richard, I set aside a stained item but he said it would cost even more for pretreating. I said no thanks, because the spot treatment would be extra. He stated he remembered me doing that. This other man, as Richard had now disappeared then declared they did not care and would not give me anything for the damage they caused. I stated this shows me exactly what kind of business people they were and I would dispute it with my bank and left. No picture of Richard, as I was so angry, I had to leave. Did not take pictures of all the items. Still angry. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!"

"Worst service ever! They cleaned only half of the spot my dress had and argue the material was difficult to work. They kept it for a second try and there was not difference. They blamed my dress but if the could remove half of the stain (water) they could have done the other half too. They still wanted to charge my 16 dollars what I didn’t want to pay. She “accepted” 10 dollars or she said she will call the police. If you want to waste your money and get back your clothes still not clean go to Utopia. Felt like an utopia to get my dress properly done."

"They completely cleaned my two dirty lab coats, even the sweat stains around the collar that I thought I was stuck with. And they had it all done a day before I was actually supposed to pick them up. Can't ask for a better dry cleaner. I will do business with them in the future."
