"I could not possibly say enough positive things about the staff, management, quality of service, and overall experience at Sparkle Brite. I have been a customer of theirs for 5+ years and they never disappoint. They get your clothes clean and neatly folded within the timeframe they commit to, and they always greet me with a pleasant, warm smile whenever I show up with a new sack of laundry to drop off. Now that they have Apple Pay (TM), the experience of transacting is even smoother and more seamless! I would recommend Sparkle Brite Laundromat to any friend, colleague, or even stranger, who doesn't want to do their own laundry and is interested in a high-quality service at a great price AND stellar value. Edit: I just noticed another review complaining about Sparkle Brite's schedule. Sparkle Brite's hours are clearly posted and should not be a surprise! Sparkle Brite is a standalone (e.g., non-chain) local business with a good reputation among those who actually leverage their services and equipment - It's absolutely unfair to give them a 1* rating just because certain reviewers can't be bothered to read the posted hours. Businesses like Sparkle Brite rely on google reviews to generate new customer interest- I really think it is insensitive and unfair to give them 1* for something that is beyond their control entirely (e.g., whether YOU, the reviewer, took the time to review the posted hours either onsite at the store or online). This is very inconsiderate!"

"Laundromat says that it closes at 10, yet last wash is at 8. When I arrived just before 8 they told me I could not wash my clothes because they closed in an hour. Machines are typically dirty and leave spots on my clothes. There are better options locally for similar prices"

"Good most of the time, but sometimes they close before the listed closing time without telling anyone. It happened to a friend of mine a month or so ago, and it just happened to me today. Showed up at 9:08 to get my clothes out of a dryer and the place was locked with lights off."
