"They went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling alone when my truck just died on me. I was left stranded on the side of the road a long way from home by myself around 2 a.m.. They came and towed my truck back to the shop. Allowed me to stay with my vehicle until they opened up. Even though they were very busy they got me back up and going in no time. Their prices were more than fair and great service."

"Wrecked my car on the side of the road 5 minutes away from Bruce. And they towed my car from Bruce. Idk why these people out of every other (and closer) tow places, towed my car but when I called to see what it would take to get my vehicle back and they told me that just for towing the vehicle it was over $600, not including storage fees, labor, and etc. Even when highway patrol told us we were able to get the car ourselves as long as it was done asap. So we got out to the wreck site before the 12 hour mark of the wreck only to see the car had already been towed. Ridiculous to pay over $700 just to get your car back."
