"I’m 69 years old, saying that because I’ve been around the block. NEVER have I been so positively overwhelmed by a service provider. Zak from Granite City arrived on time to the minute coming from Quincy to Duxbury. With 1O minutes he was able to open a locked closet door with an Emtek lock that I personally installed upside down making it even harder to pick. The next two hours were spent trying to fix other locks but they were too far gone to repair. The cost? -0- zero, zilch, nada! He’s been gone an hour and I’m still in shock. I tried to give him cash even after saying it was no charge but he said he talked to the owner and there wasn’t a charge. I still tried and said he should give it a charity of his choice but again he politely refused. Who does that? I’m in happy shock! Rocco Piccirillo"
