"I wish I could give this place zero stars. I used the lavatory services here just a bit ago while my spouse pumped gas. The restroom had no toilet paper. I pulled up my shorts, held cheeks together and propped open the door and said “ma’am, do you have any toilet paper, there’s none in here.” She responded by saying “yeah just give me a few and I’ll get some for you.” When I said “no worries take your time” I did not mean take your time to where I could play “Bohemian Rhaposdy” 4 times and still have no toilet paper aka 20 minutes. I know a lot of your regular customers came into “your” store as you called it, even though you’ve only been there like 5 months, and congratulations on finally moving out with your daughter, and being clean for 10 years, and not wanting to have a relationship this year and being done with man but jeez, put down the vape that you were smoking and your phone that you were actively using and get me some damn toilet paper. This isn’t an episode of Jerry Springer and I do not care to hear your life story that began in 1989 (and yes, your customer/regular/friend was right that 1983 is only 6 years older than you when you called him old, but you looked at least 10 years older than he did) Instead of waiting for the next guest on this low budget Jerry Springer to enter the store for you to converse with, I just went to the women’s bathroom to use the toilet paper. I was planning on decorating both bathrooms but NEITHER had soap so that plan went out the door. I stormed out and you didn’t even apologize, you just went on puffing on your vape. Thank god I am just passing through as we’re from Texas. This just confirms Florida is a trash state as yall missed the memo on southern hospitality. Good thing the state will be the first to go when the rising waters take over and you’ll likely drown cause you can’t even stop to work and get someone toilet paper without taking a puff of your vape. Please don’t procreate"

"Wonderful experience. The manager himself went out of his way to help me with the pump when I had an issue. There was a man screaming at him because a cashier put his prepay on the wrong pump. Literally SCREAMING. The manager never batted an eye or lost his smile, he fixed it in seconds, and then escorted me out to help. The screamer came outside yelling about 'incompetent employees.' The manager said, "she's been with me a week, and has had to deal with you, I'd say she's doing pretty well." The screamer huffed and left, and the manager helped me get my gas cans out, and reloaded them despite a shoulder injury that was obviously causing him a lot of pain. 10/10 Great store. Great manager."

"This place is great! The staff are really nice and cheerful! It's clean, safe and well lit at night. Sometimes they get really busy and you have to wait in line for a few minutes, but that's a small price to pay for cigarette prices so much better than everywhere else."

"The manager has zero customer service skills. My girlfriend and I stopped to get gas and scratch offs and my gf accidentally gave her expired ID while trying to buy scratch offs. So I came in after pumping gas and he refused to even let me ask for what I wanted and just told me no before I even had a chance to say anything and that he wouldn’t sell me anything because of who I’m with... I understand not selling to someone who doesn’t have a valid ID but he wouldn’t even look at mine. We are both obviously well of age and she’s even older than me and all he could say is he wouldn’t sell me anything because of “who I’m with”... we’re a lesbian couple and I guess he didn’t like that. I guess it makes him feel like the big man refusing sales to a couple of 30 year olds."
