"We had Shannon Painting paint our exterior trim a number of years ago. We were so pleased with the trim work we brought them back to paint the entire exterior of our 1899 Neoclassical 3 family. The owner, Eoin Shannon, is a true craftsman. He was present the entire time with his workers. The preparation of the house which included scraping, sanding, and cleaning took nearly 4 days. Many painters will skimp on surface preparation, but it may be the most important step in having a paint job that lasts. After the thorough prep work, the whole house was primed and finished with 2 coats. Plenty of time and care was taken even in painting our dormers which are 40 feet off the ground. Each day the workmen would clean up the area prior to leaving for the day. The whole crew are absolute professionals. Eoin did all this at a reasonable price. Rather than nickel and dime us for any additional work, Eoin included painting our deck and our metal railings although it wasn’t in the original scope. I cannot recommend Shannon Painting enough. It is so rare to find a vendor that takes pride in his work, does a great job, and keeps the pricing reasonable. If you are looking for a professional paint job you should contact Shannon Painting."
