Mike came promptly and clearly was very knowledgeable with our complicated lock system. He took great care to get the job done right at a competitive price, and followed up with us to help with a separate question at no charge. He is a one-man operation, so you get the best person whenever you call, though he may be rushed on the phone, or you may have to leave a message of course. Help from Mike is worth it even if he may be busy when you call. Five stars. So glad we found him!"

"10/10 - exceptional guys right here! Long story short, I had been scammed by a different fake locksmith company for $317 and they didn’t even finish the job. They basically drilled through a deadbolt, had me pay, left to get a new lock and never came back. I called Bedford Lock and Key because they are certified with the BBB and have an A+ rating. And that rating is LEGIT!! I called in the afternoon yesterday, their shop is about 40mins from my location and they made time for me first thing in the morning today. Five generations of locksmiths, the owner Mike’s nephew came to fix our deadbolt this morning. Super polite, very clear on what he was going to do. I assumed they’d replace the whole lock but he didn’t even have to, he just replaced the key mechanism. Took him all of 15minutes, charged me less than half of the scammers, and I am so grateful. Highly recommend!!"

I've never had to have a key made before for a vehicle so I called to get more information about the process and instead of being helpful, the man on the other end was extremely rude, insulting and had horrible manners. Will not be using their services after all, I'm going to find somewhere with better customer service where I wont be insulted over asking a question."
