"Not much of a Dream is Patrick Carey of Dream Reality. I made appointment to see apartment. Was specific that I had limited time. He didn't show after 10 mins I called. He was frazzled & said he'd be right there. I told him I couldn't & rescheduled. Only to find for 2nd appointment, he over weekend rented the 2 apartments available in 1 building. No call. No contact. If I didn't try to confirm 2nd appointment, I would have gone there again just to have my time wasted! Completely unprofessional, disorganized. I would waste my time it Patrick is handling a rental showing."
"Patrick Carey made the moving process for my mom and I so much easier. He is very responsive, professional & caring to his clients which is shown through him listening to your needs & expectations. Moving is stressful especially across state lines. He accommodated to showings via FaceTime when we could not make it and never made us feel like a burden with all of our questions. We are so lucky to have found Patrick as our agent. We originally found him on Zillow & he is the best. I would highly recommend him if you are moving to/ or in the Boston area.
