"Staff - RUDE ! Caseworkers- RUDE ! Lady at the front desk - RUDE ! This is not what “doing you job” is all about . Youre suppose to be helping the parents. & i really dont see where theyre helping the parents at all . They must hate their job . Bc the way they treat people . "The people working at this office must really hate their jobs. Is it too much to ask for the workers to be even the slightest bit polite??? Also, how many calls does it take in order to actually talk to a case worker??"
"When I call, the lady that picks up the phone is Always Always Always rude to me!! I don’t know her personally....but I pray that the chip she has on her shoulder is worked out quickly. My worker will not return my calls, and at this point.....I’m pretty much done with this situation. I was told in order to talk to my worker, I should come fill out a blue form. I’m sure they have Big case loads, a lot going on....but this is the job you wanted to do. I plan to file a formal complaint to both of their supervisors. This is ridiculous!!!!!"
"Rudest, least helpful people I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. No care whatsoever for the fathers having to go through these people. They have no method of record keeping and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground."
