Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

"First i want to apologize for my bad English. I was deposited $2000 cash with various bills on last Dec 15 2023 Friday. Time may be around 6PM. During the processing of counting the cash, the ATM machine suddenly disconnected and my transaction is being cancelled. I also don't get any receipts and don't even have time for recording what is happening. And then, i check my bank account in online and there's only $1460 deposited and the rest of $540 is missing. There is other people behind me and i was explaining what happened to them, they advised me to call the bank. After that I called to bofa and talk with their representative and explained everything to her. She apologized to me and deposited back my $540 as a credit reversal at that night. I thinks everything is going well and I forgot everything. On Feb 7, the bank detected back $500 from my account. When I talked with them, they said they only got $40 of my missing $540 so they took back the rest of $500. They want me to send the fax with letter about explaining what happened on that day to head office. So i write down everything that i remember with my handwriting and fax them but is been almost 2 months so I can't remember exactly ( i mean exact bills, time). The fax number they give me also isn't working so i go to the Seeknok bofa bench in person, talk with the bank manager, give her my handwriting and explain everything to her on Mar 21. The bank never responds back to me till today for the solution. I think they have cctv footage so they can check everything what happened on that day. I want back my $500 but i know isn't possible. I want to let everyone know, be careful with your cash deposit at that atm machine. Sorry for my bad English language again. Thanks for reading."
