"Was able to open an account with $100, $4900 under the required balance, and then was charged maintenance fees until all of my money was gone. Spoke with the front desk to see what we could do, and was told by a manager that "I should have come in and done it in person" and "it's really on you for this, I know it stings a little." Zero compassion. Closed all Bank Newport accounts. Have fun kids."
