"Well I called and tried to start my service with them but was immediately put on hold by a woman, which is completely fine. I admittedly called 15 min. before closing time which is not cool. What is not fine is when she decided to let me sit there on the phone and listen to the conversation between her and her co-worker Jason about their weekend plans. Only to be hung up on when it turns 4:00. So honestly I can’t give a review of the product, just the customer service."
