She took my calls late, she’d text to check in, she helped guide me in both my offer but also with resources and her seasoned perspective on owning a multifamily. Karen also came in clutch when I had a small window of time to set up an account and the Barrington branch couldn’t help me. Karen and the Eastside team had everything ready when I walked in the door 10 mins after my panicked call and she even walked across the street to get me coffee and a croissant while I set up the account!!!
