"I just buried my mother and this funeral home sucked. For what we paid, there was 0 bedside manner by this funeral home. They didn’t check on the family at all during services. They didn’t announce where to go for a mercy dinner. They also did not leave my mother looking well, she wasn’t very recognizable. Further, they put my mother’s sweater underneath her dress which was a less than impressive look. It’s not that they didn’t do their job, they just didn’t do it well."
