"There is a dedicated area for quiet space up the stairs near the middle of the library. There is a meeting room and next to it is a quiet room with multiple tables and chairs. People should ask the librarians."

"Not your typical library, i.e., not super quiet. Kids running around, people on their phones. Makes it hard to concentrate if you’re trying to study or write. They do appear to have a good music and video selection."

"North Quincy Library is perhaps the understated, underrated cousin of the main Thomas Crane Library. I am not familiar with the facility pre-renovation, but the current state has a great open space that's well lit, contains plenty of work areas, and is generally quiet. Easy and ample parking lot is provided along Holmes St, or you can simply street park for 1 hour along Hancock. Business hours are clearly posted on both the front and back entrances."

"The library is great. There's a fun children section where kids can play with duplos, puzzles, and some computer games. It takes about 1/3 of the space so most people understand the noise. There also seems like a nice area just for teens with a bunch of manga. The staff are super nice and always been helpful. They set up scavenger hunts about once a month."

"My family and I really enjoy coming to this newly renovated branch! All three librarians Jessica, Emily, and the branch manager are so kind. We had a lot of fun doing crafts at the craft station. Before we left, my daughter received a cute year of the tiger bookmark at the check out. We will definitely come back again soon!"
