Jim took the time to understand my sister's life and personality, and he worked with my wife’s husband to help us to plan a funeral that was truly a beautiful celebration of her life. He was also accommodating of our budget, our religious beliefs and clearly has great working relationships with the local churches. The funeral itself was beautifully conducted, and the staff at Lucid Clancy was there every step of the way to support us. They were respectful of our grief, and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. "Absolutely horrible experience planning my mothers arrangements. After dealing the with sudden death of my mother at the age of 52 the staff at lucid and Clancy was cold, money hungry, and extremely impatient. My siblings and I were still trying to figure out how we would pay for my mothers services and the staff at this dump of a an establishment not only tried to talk us into spending more money but then demanded payment before her body was even cold."
