"Great library, friendly staff, nice set up and it's big not as huge as others but fine enough"
"Disgusting staff holy smokes!! The dude with grey hair also seems very interested in two things. 1. Small children. 2. adults making noise... I saw it with my own eyes he literally WATCHED these children so closely I was waiting on the parents to be like woah pal u r out of line.... Keep an eye out for ppl like that . Do not forget librarians are all union and feel they can do no wrong cus firing one is like impeaching s president.....the other staff are just disgustingly rude while the guy with grey hair tends to the children's EVERY NEED.... CREEP alert......"
"While it’s not the largest library, the staff are always helpful. I appreciate that they have other community resources like the communal compost bins outside. I do wish their hours were a little more extensive for those who work a normal 9-5 though!"
"Very rude male manager. First time bringing child there and the general manager all because my daughter got excited to be in library mind you who is only 4 yrs old decided it is ok to get in a 4 yr old face to scold her on learning to behave. How unprofessional and then my mom calls to complain and the same rude male manager gave the excuse oh its a quiet environment which I understand but to get in a 4 yr old face when it is not even your child. I will never step foot again in that library mind you am a newcomer to this city. I will never recommend this place to anyone neither will I ever bring any child in there."
"Claire is very rude! Everybody in this library is very welcoming and warm except for her. My son who is 4 and my daughter who is 2 were playing in the children area. The whole time Claire had eyes on us and the minute my son raised his voice she came and ask him to stay quite which I already have done. I never left the area I was with them the whole time is not like I left them and they were roudy around the library. It happened again with my daughter, (she raised her voice)Claire came again and told us: "if it happened again is time to leave". To me that is very rude because how can you say to someone to leave a community place. A place where you suppose to be welcome. I understand the setting of a library but with little kids sometimes is difficult. You can't expect for them to be super quite and perfect. What about kids with special needs, do you asked them to leave when they have a meltdown? I think she learns how to be more welcome and understanding for the little ones."
