"For anyone that has a loved one at Tufts (like in our case) that passes away. The hospital usually uses this funeral home for their go to services. Well after this week I am hoping that is going to change. My family has had the most difficult time with this establishment. The obituary that my mother in law sent to the owner the first time got tossed aside because it was written in cursive and because someone couldn't read it! No call to clarify or mention that it needs to be written more clearly, instead she had to write it out a second time and then the owner scrambled to put it together on a Friday evening and then because of that had so many mistakes and even got my deceased brothers name wrong. Now after seeing that he has a review that he doesn't like, what does he do? He has the obituary removed from the website with no notice. It's absolutely disgraceful and rude. Then to try and call and cover it up and have it put back up thinking it will make it all better? IT DOESNT! I hope the hospital pulls their contract!"

"Absolutely unprofessional!! Because of a “bad review “they decided to take down an obituary. That’s absolutely ridiculous that you grown people running a business can’t handle the truth!! It’s so beyond disrespectful to take an obituary down because you don’t like what someone had to say. And when it’s addressed they hung up on my mother. Sad to say this is the funeral home the hospital works with… smh. No common decency from these people. And maybe if your employees can’t read cursive how about a call or email clarifying what it says rather than just guessing? Piss poor excuse."

"Very poor guidance, never able to sit on the phone for very long to help us through this process. Phone and email tag. 2 weeks out still no obituary. Then we're told oh you had to do it and send in. Maybe had you spent time in the beginning walking your customers through the worst day of their life , trying to put their son to rest. You knew we are from out of town. There were many barriers with this one. But you did not guide and we are very disappointed."
