"We had to use this place cause my mom loved it well please don’t they are very unprofessional.they should be ashamed of them self they never put his momoreal up on his name the bill was 6500 and charges my card 6875 and said they had to for a charge cause of credit card even when my bill sitting in front of me says 6500 cash or card I tried to explain that to them all they said is well someone is paying so I did some research and they are breaking the law there are two states that can not do that and it’s mass,,ct so I forward that to them and all they can say is your right .im sorry but I know they are well aware of that so if you got charged in a time when you are saying good bye to your love one get your money back they have to do it .me personally is meeting with a lawyer to see how to push it even forward cause they broke the law and only cared when I did my research and they already charged my card for 270 more then they should have this needs to stop why would they do that to anyone at this time .oh I know cause they know people will just pay but not me I will be filing a law suite so if this has happen to you please join me and get your money back and get them to stop doing this"

From start to finish, Maria, Richie, Dave and other staff members were extremely professional and courteous and helped to give my Dad a beautiful military funeral. They also made all arrangements to have my Father brought to Pennsylvania so he could be buried right next to my Mother. I recommend them highly. They were all wonderful."

"We had a funeral for my Aunt. Parking was tough but staff was helpful. When it came to leaving to the church, an older short employee with black hair was sent out to direct traffic. He was miserable and was blowing up at family. There was some confusion as it is in the middle of a city but still it's a funeral. He went about arguing with family screaming at the top of his lungs. He even swore at my Uncle, the deceased brother. I spoke up after he yelled at another driver (a visitor to my aunt's funeral)and he tried yelling at me. Once at the Church, as we were all parking, I went over to one of the workers, and older gentleman with gray hair and asked if the owner of the company was Herr. He stated no. I asked who was in charge and he stated he was working and walked away. I asked another worker ( bald middle-aged male) for the name of the supervisor (as i wanted to file a complaint later)and politely directed me to the front where the limo was. There was two more workers in the front by the Limos. The first was the same angry unprofessional worker and another guy. Mr angry employee was just standing around. I asked him who the supervisor was and he turned his back and snipped I'm working..I asked the same and he replied the same. I asked a third time and he pointed out the other employee. I spoke to that other employee when the funeral was over and we got the standard I'll speak to them which means nothing. At a time of people's grief, these places should be helpful and professional. This was not the case. They made a bad day worse."
