"Today I entered the bank at 10:05 a.m. to renew a CD. A young woman behind the counter (and the only employee in sight) was having a social chat with a woman on the customer side of the counter in Spanish. I stood patiently and waited, assuming the conversation would end so she could wait on me. I waited and waited for 3-4 minutes and they just went on and on.... So I turned around and walked out. She should be fired as of today. Where does TD Bank find these people? And why is there no supervision? Oh wait....I know....that costs money. So sad."
