"Had to call customer service when it appeared my ticket did not show up on my email… this was today about 6:15pm. I talked to one of the nicest customer service people I have EVER encountered. His name is Jack and he is sooo… friendly and helpful, let me know the issue I had was my email so he put in the correct one and suggested I put my ticket info in my wallet. Jack did this in record time and laughed when I told him he made my day. I just have to say Jack is awesome! Thank you so much Jack!!"
"I love it because it's not a scam. They will let you change your ticket if you make a mistake. Very hard to find companies that have any flexibility and don't try to charge you left and right."
"I Ride the c&j bus from Portsmouth to Boston and back all the time. However this time we had to pick up people from Boston Logan airport, which made us 45 minutes late. I was supposed to arrive in Portsmouth at 12:15 but instead I didn't drive here until 1:00 in the morning! It takes me 2 hours to walk to my place! Now I'm not going to get home until after 3:00 in the morning and I have to go to work at 7:00 in the morning!"
"The new seats are so uncomfortable. My husband and I are pretty small people and we were on top of each other. There is less room for bags too. I can see the design of the head rest being comfortable but they are so stiff, no give. I’ve been taking C&J for the past 15 years regularly and this was disappointing :/"
"I use C&J regularly as I travel for work. What a great service and company. Always super friendly and so easy to change the reservations on line if flights change. I even had an experience when I forgot to change my day and when I emailed explaining what happened, I received a response within minutes. Not only is it cost effective but it's a great service. Do they sometimes run a few minutes late? Of course traffic happens but if I'm standing at the doorway I can get outside in time. And the drivers are always friendly and courteous!!"
